We offer Fitness Kick Boxing classes on Monday and Thursdays at 6:15 PM.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi and No-Gi Classes

We offer it in many forms -- Kids Classes -- Women's Self Defense -- Competition classes -- Beginners classes.
We do Gi and No-Gi classes.
Muay Thai and Boxing Classes
Monday at 7:00 PM and Thursday at 5:00 PM

This class is great for Beginners or advance students. We've got a very well rounded group of students who do an incredible job to help anyone who wants to learn the basics or get into the cage.
EpLegend's Kid's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Bully-Proof)
This program is designed to teach the kid to control himself and if needed control someone else. In the process they build confidence.
We use Judo, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to teach a kid how to get someone to the ground and control them and if needed submit them.
Personal Weight Loss Training
This program is designed for weight loss as an individual, group or couple. This program covers hundreds of techniques using your own body to lose weight. It promotes a healthy, fully functional body. It addresses dysfunction in the body and incorrect posture and helps to correctly align the body, so the body can work as one unit and lose weight!
